Hello Fellow Animal Lovers,

We are going to be doing a unique contest / fundraiser for young artist where the winners of the contest get to choose which 501c3 organization will receive the donations.  This is a young artist contest / fundraiser for aspiring artist between the ages of 5 and 17.  Not only is this a great way for the young artist to get their name out there and show the world their artistic talents, but it is also a way of introducing our children to animal rescue at a young age.

How this contest will work:

We will be revealing 5 diary entries of our book,  “Diary Of A Displaced Dog / Millie’s Story”.  The contestants are to read the entries and draw a picture that represents what they read.  The contestants do not have to draw a picture of each entry revealed but the more pictures they draw the greater chance of their winning.

There will be a minimum of 5 winners from each age group in which one of their pictures will be chosen to be placed in our revised fundraiser book.  An additional 4 winners from each age group revealed below will be chosen to have one of their pictures placed in our upcoming calendar.

Our winners from our Calendar contest will be announced at a later date. Prizes will be awarded.

In order for this contest / fundraiser to take place, we require a minimum of 25 young artist contestants from each age group to participate.

We are looking for 5 more judges to assist in reviewing our contestant’s drawings.  Please message us if interested.

If any individual, business or organization would like to donate gift cards or other prizes to be used to award our young artists please message us.  We will be setting up a Sponsor Page to display our sponsors on our website.
